This house is a newly renovated 2000sqf brick split level style home in Alexandria West End VA. 2 Kitchen: Fridges/Freezer, microwave, stoves, pots/pans, oven/toaster, 2 Keurig coffee maker (coffee K-cups and tea bags provided), smoothie blender, cooking utensils, induction pots/pans, and oils. 2 dishwasher. Bedrooms There are 5 bedrooms each with a queen or full bed. Additionally, one bedroom has a queen pullout couch. Free parking under a carport and street parking always available right in front of house * Location: We are a 20 minute drive/Uber ride from central downtown sightseeing/dining/bars. There isn’t much within walking distance but plenty a quick drive away. * This is a non-smoking property. * Guest use of the outdoor patio area is available. Voices and music must be kept low when outside as this is a QUIET neighborhood. * A charcoal grill is available for guest use. Charcoal is not provided and you must follow the provided cleaning instructions after your use or there is a $35 additional cleaning charge. * A children's high chair/booster seat and pack 'n play are available. Other things to note! - There is a white noise speaker in one of the bedrooms. Absolutely NO PARTIES or EVENTS are allowed in the unit. * There is only one thermostat for the entire house. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, private patio and backyard, except storage room in the basement and closet. Other things to note Please absolutely No Shoes in the house, No smoking, No parties/celebrations.
