Both bedrooms have queen beds with cotton linens. The enclosed sunroom is where mornings happen — coffee in hand, ocean air, no agenda. One full bathroom keeps things simple for couples or small families. The kitchen is fully stocked for real meals: fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, plus a Keurig, Nutri-bullet, and pantry basics so your first morning doesn't require a grocery run. Washer and dryer in-unit so you can pack light for a longer stay. High-speed WiFi and keyless self check-in mean no coordination needed on arrival. Salt Life Food Shack is a 5-minute walk for post-beach fish tacos and cold drinks. Mellow Mushroom is another 5 minutes on foot — great craft beer and pizza. Refinery Jax Beach, the oceanview fine dining spot, is a 7-minute walk if you want something nicer. The Jacksonville Beach Pier is a 12-minute walk down the coast. Jacksonville Beach only allows construction work from 8 am-5 pm, from Monday to Friday.
