NOTE: If you would like to reserve Epic more than 11 months in advance, you must use the Airbnb website, rather than the Airbnb app. The Airbnb app only shows the calendar for up to 11 months which means that it can only be used for reservations less than a year away. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. A $500-1000 additional cleaning charge will be added to remove the smell of smoke from the house.
