Please note that the Penthouse is located within a small complex of four apartments. While the Penthouse itself is completely private, guests may see other visitors coming and going from the property. Other things to note The Penthouse occupies the entire upper level of a small complex of four apartments and enjoys complete privacy with its own dedicated entrance. Conveniently, access is directly from street level with no stairs from the parking area, making arrival easy with luggage, groceries and beach gear.
