Toccoa Guesthouse.

Our home was built in 1905 with additions in 1996. The Guesthouse was designed as a true ‘in-law’ suite and was constructed in 2010. We're in the historic downtown Toccoa neighborhood where folks still sit on their front porches and greet others as they amble by on the sidewalks. You are welcome to use the rear porch and breezeway during your visit with us. You’ll find the property convenient, safe, quiet & private with the advertised essential amenities available to make your visit pleasurable The space The Toccoa Guesthouse is our (1350 +/- sq ft) guest home. We’re located in historic downtown Toccoa, Ga. Toccoa Falls, Toccoa Falls College, Currahee Mountain, Currahee Vineyards, Lake Hartwell, Panther Creek Trail and Toccoa Stephens County-LeTourneau Airport are a short drive. There are several golf courses within a 5-20 minute drive. Our neighbors include the First Baptist, First Presbyterian and United Methodist churches. The historic Stephens County Courthouse, (Band of Brothers) Toccoa Military Museum, Paul Anderson Park, Toccoa Train Depot, restaurants, shopping, public swimming pool, library, and local government offices are a short walk away. Guest access Please note that the property is restricted to our registered guests only for reasons of limited space and liability. We respectfully request that family, friends and others are not invited onto the property. Please be sure to correctly note the number of guests when making the reservation. The number may be modified at a later date if necessary. The person making the reservation is responsible for financial and all liability, therefore we ask that they be among those staying. Please do not book for others if you’re not intending to stay at the Guesthouse. Private access to the Toccoa Guesthouse is by way of the covered breezeway. Convenient driveway parking is available for 1-2 cars. Smart TV is available for your apps. WiFi is included at no cost. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen as noted in amenities, and a washer & dryer. Please inquire for further details or special requests. The suite is special needs friendly. There are no major impediments to access to the suite. There is a 5” step up into the Guesthouse. The master bedroom suite and bathroom are easily accessed. The huge shower was designed for handicap access as well. Guests are asked to be very cognizant of the spiral staircase to the loft bedroom suite which can present a danger to young children, elderly or others unaccustomed to the spiral staircase configuration. Please consider this when booking the home. Sleeping accommodations are best for up to 4 adults and 2 children. Convenient driveway parking is available on your left for 1-2 standard size vehicles. There are no accommodations on the property for trailers, large trucks, RV’s or other large vehicles. Other things to note We respectfully request that you understand and respect the following: The person making the reservation should be among those staying on the property. This is for purposes of communications, potential liability and other considerations. Please make your reservation for the correct # in your party. Modifications to the reservation can be made later if needed. There is a $25 per guest charge for more than 2 guests. If any of your party are experiencing contagious illness, such as the flu, COVID-19, etc, we respectfully request that they refrain from coming to the property. Please do not bring pets onto the property. Pets are not permitted. Only paying guests are permitted on the property. Please do not invite friends, family members or others onto the property. Under no circumstances are more than six (6) guests allowed. Sleeping accommodations are best for up to 4 adults and 2 children (1 king, 2 queens, 1 day bed). Guests are asked to be very cognizant of the spiral staircase to the loft bedroom suite which can present a danger to young children, elderly or others unaccustomed to the spiral staircase configuration.
