The space Situated on Margate Pde accross the road from the waterfront overlooking Moreton Bay towards Moreton Bay Island. This ground level unit with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, fully renovated with open plan kitchen, lounge dining looking at the waterfront and opening up onto an undercover patio area. Both bedrooms have air-con & fans and the main living area with Air Conditioning. Seperate toilet with a combined bathroom and laundry and a under cover garage at the back of the block or street parking out the front. Close to a few take-a-way shops within walking distance and public transport also available just close to your unit, very central to access most areas on the peninnsula. Fully furnished including linen. Just bring your pool & beach towels. Port-a-cots, high chairs, are available for hire. All properties are strictly non-smoking. 3 night minimum stay 5 night minimum over school holidays 7 night minimum during Easter & Christmas holidays Discounts apply for long term bookings exceeding one month or more Guest access This complex has residential owner and tenants living in the building.
