Cozy Midway Mountain Guest House

A cozy recently renovated guest house, tucked away into the corner of the Midway mountains. A minutes walk away from the center of the beautiful Swiss town of Midway. The property sits within a 5-9 mile radius from 3 different world renowned ski resorts, Deer Valley, Park City and Sundance, enabling guests quick passageway to winter skiing. Not to mention the famous ice castles, a 5 minutes drive away. The location and uniqueness of this property invite precious nostalgic memories to be made. The space About this space - Cozy and Quaint Guest House situated in the back of main home. - 3 Bed - pull out sofa - 2 Full Bath - Newly furnished and redecorated - TVs in both upstairs loft, and living room - Shopping and Restaurants Nearby - WiFi - Location! 7 Person Maximum 2 Vehicle Maximum Absolutely no pets of any kind no exceptions. 2nd Floor Loft : Two Queen Beds, bathroom with single sink vanity and shower, 55inch television, dedicated workspace and a large sectional sofa. Please note: this room is accessible only through outdoor staircase. 1st floor: King Bed, Single sink vanity with bathtub/shower, couch with pullout bed, 65 inch television, full kitchen, dining table with chairs, toaster oven, microwave, dishes and utensils, necessary cooking tools, coffee maker, closet space and pantry space. Washer and dryer on the 2nd floor The living room has a 65" flat screen. Driveway access to guest home is plowed in the winter time, but may still be snowy & icy. Guest access You get the entire Guest House to yourself! Other things to note Guests will be provided with a door code 48 hours ahead of their scheduled arrival. We want you to enjoy your time in this home but we have some important house rules that you will be expected to follow! Quiet time is 10pm-10am. Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 7. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine from the host of $250. You will also be asked to leave. This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside or outside the home you will be charged $350. No drug use of any kind. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages. Pets are not allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and will be asked to leave No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. No late check-out or check in . Should you choose to ignore or over look this rule we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour.
