The space Welcome to Aspen of the East! Once you enter the property you will greeted by a stylish and well designed open concept living area with Aspen lodge décor. This area contains the living room with seating for eight, dining room with seating for eight, and well appointed, fully stocked kitchen (the counter offers additional seating for three people). From the main level you can enter the spacious screened in porch area from either the front porch or the dining room. It is lavishly decorated with high end porch furnishings. There are two separate outdoor dining spaces that each seat four people and a sumptuous seating area for four people. The Weber grill is top of the line. Grill while overlooking the exquisite long-range views of the Blue Ridge mountains. Downstairs Living and Game Area--Comfortable entertainment and game area complete with leather sofa with chic mountain décor and 55 inch Roku TV. Quaint foosball corner ready for some family competition, High end, 2 player, video arcade machine containing over 5000 games, Solid wood wall mount Connect Four game, wall mount dartboard-like ring toss game, and a fully stocked game shelf. The downstairs living area opens to a large deck containing two trendy hammock swings, a lovely double lounger and the large Hot Springs hot tub complete with waterfall and light features. The bedrooms are as follows: Main Level Master Suite--King canopy bed with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, stylish fold out futon (provides an extra sleep space for a child if needed), chest of drawers, 42 inch Roku TV, specialty lighting, walk in closet (contains extra blankets for cold mountain nights) and large master bath with double vanity and tub/shower combination. This room has double doors that lead on to the main level screened in porch. Downstairs Master Suite--King mountain log bed with memory foam topper and luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, dedicated work space with desk and comfortable office chair, dresser and Roku TV. The attached large bathroom contains a dresser, slipper chair, closet (contains extra blankets for cold mountain nights), and tub/shower combination and the laundry room for the home. This room has double doors that lead to the lower deck containing the hammock swings and the hot tub. Bunk Room--This room contains two sets of bunk beds: a treehouse bunk bed that sleeps two children and an additional bunk bed that can sleep four children. It is a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle underneath (of course adults can sleep in this space, but it was designed for children). This room is stylishly decorated in a bright boho décor. The room contains a nightstand with an assortment of reading books for children and two bins of play toys. This bunk room has a barn door closure. Guest access Entire home excepting one locked closet used to store the owner's supplies.
