The space This ground-level 2BR/2BA condo is in the heart of Stratton. Park once and walk everywhere: lifts, village, shops, and gondola. In summer, swap skis for hiking boots, bikes, or paddleboards. Enjoy mountain biking, golf, swimming, live music, and more. Stratton comes alive from Memorial Day through fall—it’s the perfect base for adventure or total relaxation. Beautifully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with granite counter tops. Gather at the kitchen island for your morning coffee before you hit the slopes! Featuring a stone-faced wood burning fireplace, new appliances, a large mudroom area, and all the firewood you need, make this your home away from home. Need to check in at work or looking forward to bingeing shows? Enjoy super-fast WiFi, as well as NetFlix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, on us. Or stream your favorites. The location: With the Tamarack lift just outside, this Village Watch condo (Building 4) is great for families that want to be out and on the slopes in minutes. The gated parking gives you exclusive parking for 2 cars. And it's a short stroll to the Stratton Village where you can enjoy Stratton's incredible shopping and dining options. We'll leave you some great recommendations! The layout: When you first enter the home, you can unload your skis. boards, and boots in the large mudroom, which also includes a washer-dryer. From there, you'll find an eat-in kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, cutlery, even a CrockPot--all the basics and much more. Coffee lovers can choose from drip-coffee or Keurig options. The granite island was created with socializing in mind. Gather the whole family around it for meals or games. it comfortably fits 8 stools. A large living provides lots of space for relaxing, watching the big-screen Smart TV, playing games, or enjoying a cozy fireplace. Bedroom #1 is very spacious with a QUEEN bed, double futon, and huge closet. This room also has a huge closet and is connected to a full bathroom. Bedroom #2 is very spacious with a QUEEN bed, bunk beds (twin over full), and a full bathroom. The living room is very comfortable with a large sofa and chairs, wood-burning fireplace, and flat screen smart TV. The sofa has a pull-out, full-size bed. The eat in kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, Keurig Coffee maker and all pots/pans/utensils. Other details: Heating and cooling: The condo heats up beautifully in the fall/winter with central heat and the added bonus of the wood-burning fireplace. In the spring/summer, it stays cool with ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. We have an extra fan in the master bedroom closet. There is no AC. All seasons: I can't decide which season is my favorite in Stratton. There's so much to love! It's a beautiful year-round resort with golf and tennis schools, pickleball, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, fall foliage, close to Manchester with great outlet shopping and many fine restaurants. There are summer and winter camps and lessons available, too. Guest access You’ll have the whole condo to yourself. Make yourself at home! Other things to note You probably know winters are magical in Stratton. We love summers, too, because of the gorgeous greens and flowers, as well as all the water sports, biking, hiking, and shopping. The village comes to life on Memorial Day and continues with live musics, shows, etc. Stratton Village is the heart of summer festivities, hosting live music events and full of a ton of dining and shopping options. There's golf for our golfing crews. The 27-hole championship golf course at Stratton provides a really gorgeous setting--the course is nestled among the Green Mountains, giving you both a challenging game and stunning views. You'll be there in 2 minutes from our condo. For bikers, there are SO MANY options. Stratton Bike Park features a variety of trails suitable for different skill levels, making it a haven for mountain biking enthusiasts. Additionally, UTV tours offer a unique way to explore the mountain terrain. Contact us if you want help booking in advance. You can hike a ton of trails in the summer, going all the way up to the mountain top. Stratton Mountain offers gondola lift rides that provide panoramic views of southern Vermont's lush landscapes. These rides are perfect for those of you that want to enjoy the natural beauty without the strenuous hike. For the more adventurous, numerous hiking trails are available, catering to all skill levels. Memorial Day Weekend kicks off the summer fun at Stratton Mountain, and Saturday night's concert is always a blast! All weekend, there's live music and fun family activities including the outdoor climbing wall, a face painter, balloon artists and kid's crafts. Check the Stratton Village events calendar for live music, 5Ks, and more all summer long. Also be sure to visit the charming town of Manchester, just 25 minutes away. It's perfect for a day trip, with boutique shopping, art galleries, and great restaurants like The Silver Fork or Mystic Café. Outdoor lovers can hike Lye Brook Falls or stroll Hildene, the Lincoln family estate. Closer to Stratton, enjoy swimming at Pikes Falls or take a scenic lift ride up the mountain. Whether you're into nature, shopping, or food, there’s plenty to explore just a short drive away.
