The SKAN-PARK, overlooking the water, is located in Klitten-Jasua, on the southern shore of Lake Bärwald - right in the heart of the Lausitz Lakeland. Eight vacation homes as well as six tiny houses in sustainable timber frame construction invite you to experience an unforgettable vacation. For wellness and relaxation, wood-fired igloo saunas and hot tubs with whirlpool function can be used on the holiday complex. The space The individually designed, lovingly furnished wooden house invites you to enjoy your vacation. Here you will find enough space to unwind and enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in wonderful surroundings. When building the vacation home, particular emphasis was placed on energy-efficient and sustainable construction. Three Scandinavian-style bedrooms offer ample space for six (max. seven) people. The comfortable beds, with Germany's most popular mattress, can be used as double or single beds as needed. In the third bedroom, a cozy bunk bed with another extra bed awaits its guests. The stylishly selected tiles make the bathroom a real eye-catcher. To make showering a real feel-good experience for you, both bathrooms are equipped with rain shower heads. The heat pump installed in the house ensures efficient hot water preparation. In addition, this operates the underfloor heating installed throughout the house, which provides pleasant warmth on cool days. In the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction stove and oven, even preparing delicious dishes will be a real experience for you. In the adjacent dining area, the bright window front creates a true feel-good atmosphere. The dining table and the cozy sofa corner are located here, as well as a 55-inch Smart TV. Loving details blend into the Scandinavian interior design. You can use free Wi-Fi (up to 250 Mbit/s) throughout the vacation home. The terrace invites you to enjoy the sun and fire up the grill. For relaxation and wellness, wood-fired saunas and bathtubs with a hot tub function (each bookable for a fee) are available at the vacation resort. This includes a total of 14 vacation homes. The immediate vicinity to the sandy beach allows you to have great swimming fun. In addition, Lake Bärwalder offers you plenty of opportunities on and by the water.
