A fun & relaxing getaway awaits in our home. There’s plenty of room for all with 6 beds, patio, game room, and a sparkling pool! The property has a main house & separate guest house. Enjoy dining outdoors and the fire pit. The sparkling pool is perfect for the warm CA weather. Centrally located between Los Angeles and Orange County. Explore Disneyland, Universal Studios, and Southern California's beautiful beaches. Optional heating for an additional $95 per day. The space The main house features an open concept area with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room is nicely furnished and has a large screen Smart TV. The dining table provides seating for 8. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee machine, and dishwasher. There are plates, cups, mugs, utensils, and cookware available. We also provide complimentary: * Coffee * Sugar * Creamer * Tea * Bottled water * Snacks The laundry room with a washer and dryer is located right off the kitchen. Laundry detergent and softener are available for you to use. Master Bedroom – The master bedroom has a king bed, attached bathroom, vanity table, and Smart TV. There’s also glass sliding doors that lead out to the patio area. The rest of the main house consists of 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with a full over full bunk bed, and 1 additional bathroom. One of the queen bedrooms has a Smart TV. Guest House The guest house is directly off of the back door of the main house. There is a small sitting area to enjoy board games, a Smart TV, and a Foosball table. The guest house bedroom has a king bed. There is also 1 restroom in the guest house. Entertainment: * Smart TV in Main House living room * Smart TV in Main House master bedroom * Smart TV in Main House queen bedroom * Smart TV in guest house * WiFi provided throughout the entire space * Games * Foosball table * Pool – Please note that the pool DOES NOT have a fence around it, so EXTRA supervision is NECESSARY. Kitchen and Dining * Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster. * Teas, coffee, sugar, creamer, oils, & spices available for use. * Dishes, utensils, cookware, & bakeware are also available. Other things to note Pool heating is an additional $95 per day and requires 48 hours advance notice. If weather permits, the pool temperature is set to 85 degrees. The pool is heated from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Additional hours will have an extra fee. Trash pick up is on Tuesdays. No street parking on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm for street cleaning. The garage can accommodate 1 car. The driveway can accommodate 2 cars and street parking is available. Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am.
