Colourful duplex for 4 people located in the historic centre of Malaga. The apartment's location allows you to visit the main historical monuments and points of interest. The Duplex has two bedrooms with a double bed (one bedroom is on the second floor), a bathroom with a shower and a living room with a dining table and a kitchenette with all utensils and appliances. It also has large French balcony-style windows. The duplex is on the second floor WITHOUT the lift. The space On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (it has a door, but it is connected with the upper bedroom through ceiling), a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Going up the stairs, there is another double bed. Other things to note Check-in and key collection take place at our reception in calle Carretería 43. Check-in timetable: from 16:00 onwards Customer service opening hours: 11.00 - 19:00 Please let us know your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance. If you plan to arrive after 19:00 please contact us to arrange your arrival. The Wifi password is located on the front door of the accommodation. Due to the central location of this accommodation, external noise disturbances (passers-by in the street, neighbours, parties) may occur and will not be compensated for. It is important to note that cleaning service is not included and that towels and sheets are not changed for stays of less than 7 nights. The accommodation is provided with clean sheets and one set of towels per person. If you would like additional towels during your stay, we are happy to provide them for an additional charge (please ask the reception team on arrival). For longer stays, we offer the following service: - Stays of 8 to 12 nights: You will find additional bed linen and towels in your accommodation, so you can change them as required. - Stays of more than 13 nights: A member of the cleaning team will come to your accommodation once a week to change towels and sheets to keep your accommodation fresh and comfortable. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please ask our reception team for rates.
