The House is a 10 minutes from the Fremont experience, 15 minutes from the strip and 10 minutes to Las Vegas Speedway, home is a one story open floor plan, perfect for kids and elderly. We make it our priority to make it a home away from home. The space Our residence offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, featuring a vintage style that will make you feel like you're back in the 1960s. The house has 3 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms, a large and picturesque terrace, and a wide driveway. Located between the views of the beautiful mountains and the modern and lively Las Vegas Strip, it's just 7 miles from Fremont Street and 10 miles from the majestic casinos. You can easily travel between all the attractions of this wonderful city. If you prefer to have a family dinner, our kitchen is equipped with all the accessories that will make it easy to gather the whole family and enjoy your favorite dishes in the tranquility of your home. There's also a BBQ available on the terrace area, which will be very useful if you prefer to cook outdoors. The kitchen area includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, ice maker, coffee maker, air fryer, BBQ, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans, kettles, and a kettle. Don't worry if your favorite clothes get dirty during a tour; the house has a modern and equipped laundry room, so you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest. The house also has a small, completely independent apartment for 2 people attached (in the garage space), which is sometimes occupied by friends, family, or other guests. House Rules (By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all House Rules) 1. The maximum occupancy per stay is 8 people. Two extra guests may be accommodated for a charge of $50.00 per person per night. 2. Pets are not allowed; there are no exceptions. (In any case, if the rules are not followed, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation at any time. A fee of $750.00 will also be charged.) 3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. (Cigarette odors and/or traces and ash will result in a $750.00 cleaning fee.) 4. Early arrivals and late departures are not permitted. (Departures after 11:00 a.m. will incur a $150.00 fee.) 5. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. (The house has a Nest surveillance system in the outdoor areas. Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. will be monitored to maintain a peaceful environment and avoid disturbing the neighborhood. Any violation of this rule will result in a $750.00 fee, automatic cancellation of the reservation, and a 1-hour vacate fee.) 6. Pool table: Any damage to accessories or the table in general will result in a charge equal to the replacement value, plus a $50.00 fee for assembly. 7. Please ensure that all items in the house are in their respective places at checkout. Missing or damaged items will result in a charge equal to the replacement value plus a $50.00 fee. Items: (decor, entertainment, remote control, sheets, towels, bedspreads, pillows, toiletries, cutlery, general items) 8. Use of the fire pit will be under adult supervision. Do not leave the flame lit when leaving the house. No minors alone near the fire. 9. It is essential that the person making the reservation be present at the property for 100% of the entire stay. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation with no refund. 10. For long stays (28 days or more), cleaning, towel, and sheet changes will be included, based on one service for every 10 days of stay, at a cost of $175.00 each. 11. Thursdays are garbage collection days. The cleaning staff will remove the trash cans and return them to their proper place. 12. For any violation of any of the aforementioned rules, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation, and a fee of $750.00 will be charged. Guest access They will have access to the whole house.
