With a privacy-fenced backyard featuring a patio and a charcoal grill, you can enjoy the fresh air and beautiful weather while dining al fresco. Located within easy reach of many popular attractions, including Five Flags Speedway, Downtown Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, and NAS Pensacola, this home is perfect for exploring the local area. You'll also find it convenient if you're visiting a college student or service member, as it's just a short drive away from PCC, UWF, and NAS Pensacola. Inside, you'll find luxury vinyl plank in the living room and carpet in the bedrooms, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The living room features a sofa and an oversized chair, perfect for relaxing and streaming movies on the SmartTV. You can also stay connected with free high-speed WiFi. We provide linens, towels, extra pillows, and blankets, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a dresser, nightstands, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a dresser, and a closet, while the third bedroom has two full-sized beds, a nightstand, and a closet. The hall bathroom has a tub-shower combo. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals during your stay, with dishes, pots and pans, a coffee maker, and a crockpot. You'll also find a washer and dryer for your convenience in the laundry closet between the living room and kitchen. There is space for two vehicles in the driveway in front of the garage for parking. Note that the driveway is a little steep, but there are no steps into the house from the driveway to the doorway. Please remember to bring your personal account logins to access your favorite streaming services, as we use TV streaming. Your pet must not be left alone at any time and must remain under your control. Excessive barking is prohibited. Dogs must be well-behaved, sociable, even-tempered, and in good health. If your dog tends to be anxious, aggressive, or highly stressed, it's best to consider alternative arrangements. * Furniture Etiquette: We kindly request that pets be kept off the furniture for a harmonious living space or cover furniture and beds with a pet blanket * Local Hazards: Be mindful of local risks for your pet, such as wildlife and pests, to ensure their well-being. * Vaccinations, Flea and Tick Treatment: All visiting pets must receive proper treatment for fleas and ticks to maintain a pest-free environment. Your pet must be up-to-date on vaccinations before check-in. * Controlled Companions: Keep your pet under control at all times to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone. Follow leash laws. * Excessive Pet Hair: We appreciate your help in diligently managing any excessive pet hair to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises. * Outdoor Etiquette: Pets should not relieve themselves indoors, on patios, decks, or balconies. Please promptly clean up all pet waste. Failure to do so may result in a small cleanliness fee. When outdoors and not in a fenced area, your pet must be on a leash. * Responsibility for Damage: As a responsible pet owner, please understand that any damage caused by your Service Animal or Pet during your stay will be your responsibility. This includes but is not limited to, accidents, scratching, or damage to property. Let's keep our space in tip-top shape for all to enjoy! Guests who violate our pet policy may face fines and/or be asked to leave, forfeiting any remaining rental nights. Please be considerate and respectful of our neighbors and host. Guest access You will have access to the entire house except for one locked owner’s closet, and there is no parking in the garage. DOOR ACCESS: We offer keyless entry, and a code will be sent via email the day before checking in to access the house. You will have access to the entire home and the backyard except for one locked owner's closet. For parking, please use the driveway to park your vehicle, garage parking is unavailable, and street/curbside parking is first come, first served. Please be mindful not to block the neighbors' driveways or mailboxes. Other things to note We use tv streaming; please remember to bring your personal account and password information to access your favorite streaming services. Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: We usually cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. Remember to bring the following: At Hometown Stays, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags for a 2-day stay. However, we recommend bringing additional items for your comfort and convenience. Pack essentials like toiletries, a hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee, beach towels, an umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need to make your stay perfect. We want you to feel at home, so bring what you need to enhance your experience and enjoy your time with us.
