The kitchen is well equipped with all the comforts of home. In home laundry, games, bikes and much more. Bring your boat, dock at the house and park your trailer in the driveway. The space 4 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, and a Fully Furnished Kitchen. Can Sleep up to 12. Upstairs you will find 1 King Bed in Master, 2 bunk beds in 2nd bedroom, a Queen Bed in 3rd Bathroom, and Full Bed in 4th Bedroom. Downstairs is a Trundle Bed with 2 Twin Mattresses. Other things to note Your cleaning fee pays for thorough cleaning/sanitation of all floors, counters, bathrooms, and linen service. In order to keep this fee to a minimum, guests are still expected to perform the following: 1) Please empty all (perishable) food/beverages from refrigerator/freezer and cupboards. 2) Please wash any used dishes. You may leave in dishwasher or dry & place in cupboards/shelves. 3) Please empty all trash. Trash must be bagged and placed in the large receptacle located in the driveway. Please do not leave trash on the porch.
