The maximum number of people that are allowed on the property throughout your stay are the ones you have listed at the time the reservation is made. If you plan to have any guests visit, you must notify us first. The maximum number of cars allowed on the property is 4. Please respect our neighbors. Quiet time starts at 9pm. The property sits on an active Avocado Grove. Please do not enter the grove areas or pick any fruit. For your safety and to monitor our grove and land, we have outdoor security cameras in the following outdoor spaces: Front door, Driveway, Gate, Front Lawn, Grove, and Pool area. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion and may activate light. Our pool cleaner typically comes on Wednesday afternoon and will be entering pool area. Our landscaper and grove keeper comes Sunday morning and will be performing maintenance duties around the property. The property utilizes two Smart Thermostats to control air conditioning and heating. The temperature may change automatically by our energy provider based on outside temperature and time of day for energy saving. In order to protect cooling and heating equipment, the thermostats may be programmed with a temperature range. The pond located at entry gate belongs to our neighbor and is completely off limits. The pond is monitored by our neighbor with security cameras. The pool is not heated. The pool is not meant for diving. Never let children unattended in the pool area. Please watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Downstairs doors opens to the pool area can be locked preventing children out to the pool area. Pool toys and inflatables to be used at your own risk. - No smoking - Must be at least 23 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - Guests will need to sign a liability waiver on-site upon arrival - No RV's or Trailers - No street parking
