It is a 14 minute walk to the beach and the Ocean City boardwalk, and within walking distance to many Ocean City attractions. All guests are provided with an electronic WELCOME BOOK prior to arrival which includes everything they will need to know about the condo and the surrounding area. This newly renovated condo includes 1 bedroom with 2 full size beds, a spacious closet, a full length mirror and a Roku TV. The living room includes a queen size sofa bed, an egg chair for lounging, board games and a Roku TV as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials; we also have a coffee station with everything you would need to enjoy your morning brew. The kitchen table is large enough for everyone to enjoy their meals together! You will have access to the entire unit, including the deck. You may contact me 24/7 via text or call or AIRBNB message your entire stay with any questions or concerns you may have. All guests must abide by the condo rules as posted in the electronic welcome book. This is a residential property, so we ask all guests to be respectful of others. The Ocean City noise ordinance is strictly enforced. Please notify host promptly 24/7 if there are any disturbances from neighbors. There is a parking permit for one vehicle. Please hang the permit from your vehicles rear view mirror while in the lot. Please remember to place the permit on the kitchen counter before you leave as there is an approximate $40 replacement fee if lost. Towing is strictly enforced on the property. There is limited street parking for additional vehicles and all parking areas are well lit. Sanitized linens are provided. Please bring any heavy blankets or comforters if you would like to be extra cozy, as they are not provided! If your clothes have gotten wrinkled from being inside your luggage we provide an iron & steamer inside the closet! ROBIN PARK PLAYGROUND- Leaving the condo, traveling on Robin Drive towards Philadelphia Avenue the Robin Park playground is on your right, just after 309 & 311 Robin Drive. The playground is approximately 0.4 miles from the condo, which is a 2 minute drive or 9 minute walk.
