Come & relax in this spacious 4 bdrm 3 bath 2120 sq. ft. condo that is ideal for larger families or a group of up to 12! The master bedroom is on the main floor and has a king bed and ensuite private bathroom with a jetted tub and balcony access. The covered balcony has a view of wooded hills and Lake Taneycomo and is a great place to relax. The space The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed and is also on the main floor. The third bedroom has a king bed in the open loft area at the top of the stairs. It is important to note that it is open in the loft without closed doors. The fourth bedroom is upstairs and has two twin over full bunk beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room on the main floor with a smart 55" TV. We have lots of card games and board games come for hours of enjoyment. We also include a portacrib for those with a little one. Free high speed 1 Gig Wi-Fi is also included for all your online and stremaing needs. All of the bedrooms come with a smart 50 or 55" TV. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen for your convenience when you don't want to go out to a restaurant. There is a table in the kitchen area and another table in the dining area connecting the kitchen and family room as well as bar seating and a high chair. We provide Keurig coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, griddle, crock pot, and pots and pans are all included. Comes with a large washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets for any laundry needs that you may have during your stay. The condo has 3 full bathrooms (one being an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom on the main floor). The second bathroom is on the main floor close to the second king bedroom and the third bathroom is upstairs. We also provide hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also provided are comfortable towels and linens. Situated in the Pointe Royale Resort, "Sahara's Oasis" provides an ideal location for experiencing the best of Branson. Minutes away from endless outdoor recreation on Table Rock Lake or check out family-friendly attractions like Silver Dollar City and hot spots along the Branson Strip with tons of shows and other events and fantastic restaurants to enjoy. Community Amenities- 18-hole championship golf course. There is a heated indoor pool (open year-round from 10 AM to 11 PM), 2 outdoor pools (open Memorial Day-Labor Day and closed the rest of the year), hot tub, kiddie pool, patio areas, lighted tennis & pickleball courts, basketball court, clubhouse w/restaurant and fitness center. There is fantastic lakeside trout fishing at Lake Taneycomo which is about a one minute walk away, playgrounds, and picnic areas w/community charcoal grills (you will need to provide your own charcoal and lighter fluid). Our condo is ideally situated to be just a few minutes walk from the clubhouse, pools, tennis courts, and restaurant in one direction and about a minute walk from the playground and Lake Taneycomo fishing area in the other direction. Guest access Pointe Royale is a gated community. We provide two access cards which allow you access to the owners side of the entrance to Pointe Royale as well as access to the fitness center, indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool, and pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts. Other things to note This is a second floor condo requiring you to go up 16 stairs to enter the condo and there is no elevator access. We are the upper floor condo so nobody is above you. Once you have ascended the stairs to the condo two of the bedrooms are on the main floor and two other bedrooms are in the upstairs portion of the condo. Absolutely no smoking is allowed.
