Enjoy a large, beautiful one-bedroom spacious home decorated with care in the adorable town of White Salmon. Walking distance to all local shops, restaurants, the supermarket, and coffee shops. You can explore the beauty and exciting adventures in the area. It is a 3-minute drive to the toll bridge that lets you into Hood River. The space Newly redecorated thoughtful, spacious, and comfortable space that is clean with updated hip decor. You are renting the entire home of the downstairs portion of a 2 story house with a large master bedroom and full bathroom along with a large living room, dining room, and kitchen. (The other 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs will be locked because you are only renting the downstairs. If you want to rent the other bedrooms, please let me know, and I will be able to accommodate you!) Get a total reset by relaxing at home with a fully stocked kitchen and dining, movies on the couch or in a cozy bed, books, board games, a relaxing bathtub, and a short walk (one block) into the quaint town where you will find restaurants, a supermarket, bakery, brewery, library, bars, and a short drive to explore the charming town of Hood River. Please note that there is a $2 toll bridge to and from Hood River. This home is fully supplied with a kitchen, living room, master bed with a queen mattress, and a detached master bathroom with a shower and bathtub that is stocked with towels, toilet paper, body soap, shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen: Plenty of dishes, pots, and pans, serving utensils, microwave, electric stove, blender, big fridge, freezer and coffee maker/french press. There is a dining area that seats up to 6 as well as a smaller breakfast table to seat 4 in the kitchen. There is a guest unit next door. They have a separate private entrance and no space is shared with them. It is unlikely that you will hear or cross paths with them. The house is soundproofed between units, however, we do ask that you do not yell or blast loud music. If you have a loud group or children running around in the evening in the living room we ask that you please close the bedroom and bathroom door downstairs for added noise protection. Thank you so much. Laundry Room: *PLEASE NOTE* The laundry room is a shared space between myself, you, and my very trusted housekeeper who cleans the small unit next door. There are two entrances to the laundry room. There is an outdoor entrance into the laundry room which she will be entering through. There is another door with a keypad in the laundry room that enters directly into the kitchen. You are more than welcome to use the laundry room whenever you like but please always close the door behind you so you are not alarmed if my housekeeper comes into the laundry room. She will not enter into your space as your door will be closed. For your peace of mind, there is a keyless entry pad to all doors, the front door, the side door, and the door inside the laundry room opening into the kitchen. The doors will always remain locked on the keyless entry pads. We welcome dogs. Please let me know before your stay. There is a cleaning fee of $75 per dog. The pet fee covers pet traction such as shedding, extra dirt tracking, and pet smell. It does not cover pet accidents such as peeing on carpets, soft waste that is left on rugs, extreme pet smell from an accident, and furniture that might get damaged. Guest access Please enter through the black front door. Please park on the street directly in front of the house and follow the walkway to the black door. If there are no spots available in front of the house, there is a parking lot behind the house. You can park there and enter through the alley on Fourth Street, below Wyers St. The small parking lot is all the way at the end of the alley on the right. There is no lighting yet so please be safe at night. Other things to note If you are coming with a pet, please let me know before your stay. There is a fee of $75 per dog.
