The Jocassee Tiny House is nestled on 14 acres of land near beautiful Lake Jocassee. On the property, you will find a little creek and an orchard of very young fruit trees (apples, pears, and peaches). Additionally, you might find blueberries, blackberries, and muscadines. Enjoy your coffee on the porch with the first sunbeams of the day. There’s a fire pit for bbq and s’mores. On a clear night, you can't beat the view of the stars in the night sky. You may even catch a glimpse of wildlife. The space Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, 2 closets, and doors Bedroom 2: Twin bunkbed in the hallway (no doors) Bedroom 3: King Bed and 2 Twin Beds upstairs in the loft (no doors) Guest access You can use the entire 14-acre property and explore the nearby trail down to the lake. Other things to note Please bring charcoal and/or firewood to grill. The charcoal grill and fire pit grate are located outside the Tiny house.
