Relax with the whole family at this peaceful waterfront lakehouse, with walk-in, sandy beach lake access. Boat available to rent, and space available for your boats. Spacious yard with plenty of parking. Coldwater Lake is over 1,600 acres of all-sports fun on desirable South Chain of Lakes in Coldwater, MI. The chain is 17 miles, traversable via pontoon or speedboat! The Cabin includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The space Enjoy beachside fires. Take the boat to Bent Prop and enjoy a drink lakeside. Jam with friends and family on the lake’s sandbar. Ski. Tube. Soak in the beauty of the lake. Explore Marble Lake. Watch the gorgeous sunset from Bent Prop. Please do not use our neighbors docks, or park in their yard. There is plenty of parking in front of our garage and to the edge of the white fence (stay to the left side). As well, there is abundant parking across the street - between the mailboxes and the bushes. If in doubt, just give us a call! Guest access You’ll have access to the entire property, including extra parking across the street. Other things to note WARNING: Shallow water. Do not dive off docks. All children must be accompanied by an adult when outside or near the lake. SWIMMING AND BOATING IS AT GUEST OWN RISK. CHILDREN MUST NEVER BE LEFT UNATTENDED WHILE OUTSIDE OR AT LAKE FRONT. ABSOLUTELY NO DIVING OFF DOCKS. WARNING: WATER IS SHALLOW. Guests who book a stay at our Lakehouse (“Guests”) are fully responsible for their own actions and the actions of their guests - invited or uninvited. Guests are responsible for all injuries to persons or damage to property caused directly or indirectly by Guests or their guests. Absolutely no smoking inside our Lakehouse. With permission, we do allow a well-behaved pet, provided Guests are fully responsible for any damage or injury to persons or property, such pet is not permitted on the furniture or in the beds, and they’re picked-up after in the yard - promptly. When permitted, we charge a $150 nonrefundable pet fee per pet to cover potential costs that may be incurred by such pet.
