Our open living area with high ceilings and large windows flows into the outdoor patio area. Propane grill located in courtyard. Downstairs Loft Area: Queen bed downstairs in living room area, and a luxury futon style sofa. Central AC. 55 inch Smart T.V streams all your favorite apps. Upstairs Loft Area: King bed with luxury linens. Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials including: two burner electric stovetop, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer Keuring coffee maker. There is no oven in the home. We provide dish soap, soap, sponge, trash bags and paper towels. Bathroom: Freshly remodeled bathroom stocked with the essentials including: shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Outdoor shower/laundry: Located outside the apartment. The washer & dryer and outdoor shower are shared with three other units on property. Parking: One parking spot for a mid size SUV Guest access Lockbox with a key is located on the front of the home. There is one outdoor parking space that can fit a compact vehicle. Other things to note THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. No extra guests on the property at anytime unless agreed on prior to your arrival. Please consider another property if you intend hosting other guests during your stay. Gatherings of any size of strictly prohibited. No smoking in or around the property.
