The Julia vacation apartment is located on the first floor, behind the "Kleines Haus am Wald" and offers enough space for up to 3 people on approx. 45 m². The space The apartment is divided into a cozy living area with a comfortable seating area and sleeping space for the 3rd person, dining area and kitchenette, one bedroom and a daylight bathroom. In addition to the beautiful living room with flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and radio, the bedroom is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and a dresser. The kitchenette with dining area is fully equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge with a small freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and other various kitchen utensils. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and hairdryer. The apartment's own storage room offers additional storage space for luggage or beach utensils. The initial equipment includes: Shower mat, dish towel, dish soap and dish sponge/cloth, 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 toilet paper, 1 kitchen roll. The beds are freshly made on arrival and a linen package consisting of a hand towel and shower towel is available per person, all included in the final cleaning fees. The Baltic Sea resort of Sellin is a spa town and charges a tourist tax. The spa cards will be charged separately upon arrival and are not included in the travel price.
