Sleeps up to 7. Dog friendly. Time to RELAX *ADDITIONAL PROPERTY FOR LARGE GROUPS ACROSS THE STREET (BROWN BEAR STATION) The space 2Cs is an over 100 years old remodeled cottage. Two bedrooms (1. king-size, 2. three twins) with 2 baths. Fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, porch, and backyard with firepit and yard games. It sleeps 7 comfortably. Games and smart TVs are provided. Store & bar/grill a couple doors down. Conveniently located less than a half of hour drive to Lapeer, Frankenmuth, or Birch Run. Please note-due to the woodsy and rustic area, we don't guarantee to maintain the grill or the outside furniture regularly. Guest access Guests have the full cottage and yard for use. Access to Otter Lake- all sports lake with beach, dock, picnic area, and playground (small fee may be charged). Enjoy the sunrise with the perfect cup of coffee or wind down in the evenings on the front porch or backyard with a gas grill, tables and chairs for outdoor dining, lawn games, and a fire pit to roast some s’mores. Lots to do in this quaint community. Go for a hike or bike ride on the Southern trail. Relax on the beach right across the street or the Holloway Reservoir and Buttercup Beach is only a short drive. Blueberry picking is another option. This is not just a summer getaway- we have something for everyone year-round. The fall brings beautiful sights with all the trees in full glorious color. In the winter, there are trails for ATVing and cross-country skiing, and a lake for fishing and ice-skating. Perhaps, spend rainy days in the rocker, watching the Smart TV for movie night or your favorite sports, ...or maybe playing one of the many board games that are provided. Other things to note 100-year-old home with all the charms- please note this home is OLD, with some low ceilings, uneven floors from settling, and all the typical conditions with a rural area. WIFI provided but not guaranteed. Propane for grill is not guaranteed. The tank is provided but may need to be exchanged (available right around the corner at Dollar General @$20) Kayaks belong to the owners but can be borrowed during your stay. Kayaks are used at your own risk. You must return everything that is borrowed. Kayaks are not considered part of the rental. Owner assumes No liability. Ring security cameras are located outside the property. There are no interior cameras. All dogs (any pet) must be approved. There is a $75 per stay per dog extra fee. No cats are allowed due to severe allergies of homeowners. Rural area- no refunds for bugs or critters.
