Only a 2-minute walk to either Hoopers Beach or Robe’s vibrant Main Street. The space Honeyton is not large in footprint, but abundant natural light creates space and calm. The house nails seamless indoor/outdoor living. Large original sliding doors and windows connect you to outside green from every room. Outdoors - 2 seperate outdoor living areas ensures choices, regardless of what Robe’s changeable weather dishes up! Gather on our large open southern deck, or swap to our under-cover outdoor lounge area, in the north facing private garden. Please note, the deck is on top of a garage, approx 4 mtrs above ground. It is directly accessed from the house and fully fenced ( not locked ) so children must be supervised at all times. Indoors, it’s open plan - host family and friends around the large timber dining table (seats 12). Catch up with our large smart TV - has Netflix and others, (just use your own account ) or get stuck into holiday reading on our plush sofas. Open up windows and doors for excellent cross ventilation on warm days n nights, or bunker down with R/C heating and leafy views in the cooler months. However there is ample off street parking for 3 - 4 cars. Parking is not undercover. Other things to note Please note, the large southern deck is set on top of a garage so is raised approx 4 mtrs above ground. It is fully fenced but groups with young children are advised to supervise them at all times.
