Close to Nice (10-minute drive from the A8 highway exit), quiet on the hills of Nice. Co-ownership of 3 houses. Air conditioning, 3 bedrooms, TV, DVD player, private covered terrace, parking space on the property, swimming pool and summer kitchen (shared by the three accommodations). Foosball, towels and bed linen provided. 25 min to Promenade des Anglais, 21 km from NICE Airport. The space The house is attached to my own house where I live with my husband and three children. The third house is occupied by my parents. The exteriors are common to the three houses, such as the pool. Quiet and privileged family atmosphere.
