North Topsail Beach offers seclusion from the hustle & bustle of downtown island life, and is itself a getaway within a vacation destination. The north end is truly serene, and the colors popping from the back deck sunset views are just breathtaking. Come enjoy the expansive accommodations, the beach, the pool (seasonal*) and all the amenities Topsail Island has to offer! This is a 4 bed, 4 bath very spacious beach house with plenty of decking to enjoy the most spectacular sunset views on the island! Enjoy dry weather entry from under the carport, and ride the elevator if you'd like from the bottom all the way to the top floor master! Bamboo and tile flooring throughout, with a fully stocked kitchen, beach themed furnishings, ceiling fans throughout, and multiple wall-mounted 4K Smart Roku TVs. Each bedroom features style, luxurious California Design Den linens and access to a private deck. Home also features a full Polywood dining set and several Adirondack chairs for your outdoor comfort. There's even a desk and chair for getting some work done on your trip! Get ready to do as much or as little as you would like, it's time to relax & unwind on island time :) Linens & organic cotton bath towels are provided for your comfort & convenience! Bedroom configurations are as follows: -Bedroom 1: One King bed (master with ensuite bath) on its own separate floor -Bedroom 2: One King bed (master with ensuite bath) -Bedroom 3: Two Twin beds -Bedroom 4: One Queen bed and one Full/Twin bunk bed Note that bedrooms 2-4 are all on the same floor. We provide many beach items on site including chairs, umbrella, skim boards, etc. There are also multiple rental shops on the island available to meet all of your additional home & beach rental needs! (see digital guidebook sent upon booking) Elevator - Runs from ground level all the way to the top, covering all three livable floors! Extremely convenient (and rare!). Pool - The pool is shared among only 4 townhomes, and we have great neighbors! We just ask that our guests be courteous & respectful of other owners and their ability to peacefully enjoy the pool as well. *Note: Pool is CLOSED for the 2023 season. It generally opens each year by Memorial Day, and closes early October, as weather permits. Contactless check-in will be arranged through digital keyless entry door access code, WiFi login will be provided, and there is parking for 3 vehicles at the property. Nearby breakfast spots include Minervini's NY Bagel, Napoli Cafe and Salty Sistas (an excellent brunch spot), and there’s several restaurants in close proximity including Rick's sports pub, Agave Azul Mexican and Splash by the Sea (one of the best!). North Topsail Beach Town Park is also nearby, with a kayak launch, nature trails, sports areas and playground for the kids. Please note that you will have the home to yourself. The town of North Topsail Beach is the northern tip of Topsail Island, and many believe it to be the most special location on the island. There are several nearby events hosted on the island throughout the year, and the island boasts many wonderful attractions and areas of historical significance. You will be able to find the best of what's around in your digital guidebook, provided to you upon confirmed reservation! Come discover what the NC locals consider the best kept secret on the coast. The best way to explore is on foot, but biking, driving and parking around the island is easy. There are also taxi cab services - all details can be found in the digital guidebook upon reservation. We look forward to welcoming you! This home also has private deeded beach access! Just cross the road and take an easy stroll down a private pathway directly to the beach. If you would like to request an additional vehicle, please contact the host for approval PRIOR to your stay (and please park under the house or next to the house in designated parking areas, and avoiding blocking the driveways / roadway)
