So, we are awaiting new rules and the permitting processes. We are currently in year-two of a "one-year" moratorium. For the time-being, while we wait for them to "figure it out," we can only rent the property for 30 nights or longer. The top floor features two full kitchens, one living room, a family room with a full bar that's set up like a speakeasy lounge, and two dining areas with seating for 20. There are six bedrooms with four full bathrooms, and two half-baths conveniently located just off of the bar and dining room. The lower level has a movie theater and game room, a gym with ample equipment, a lounge in the lobby of the movie theater, and three additional bedrooms with two full bathrooms and a half bath located inside of the theater. You have access to all five private acres. Temecula is quickly becoming one of the greatest up-and-coming wine regions in America, with a modern history dating back to 1797 and a name that means "where the sun breaks through the mist" in the Luiseño Native American language. This city is known for its championship golf courses and award-winning wineries, nestled in 3,000 acres of picturesque wine country.
