The space The adobe maisonette, (two level apartment) is located in one of the historic cottages, adjoined to maisonette Sol. The cosy 34sqm/366 sqft apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining/ living space and a private, modern bathroom on the ground level. The bedroom with two single beds, convertible to one queen size bed and a comfortable working desk with office chair and fast internet (30-35 mbps up- and download) is on the first floor. The two maisonettes are ideal for a family or two couples of friends as they share one terrace. A patio, gazebo and an ample garden invites you to sit outside, surrounded by flowers and enjoy the sunny Ecuadorian climate - a breeze from the Panecillo hill provides fresh mountain air. Guest access You are most welcome to use the gazebo with hammock and BBQ and harvest herbs for personal use in the garden. Our selection of board games, DVD's and books are waiting for you. A Recreation Center ( Gym, pools, courts, etc ) is in 5 minutes walking distance. Other things to note We follow the Airbnb COVID-19 cleaning protocol ! Cleaning service once a week is included for stays longer than two weeks. We are offering washing service (5 US$ per load), please coordinate with our staff. Towels and linens are changed once a week. Extra sets of towels are provided.
