The private balcony showcases the Emerald Coast and amazing views and offers seating to soak it all in. Two of the three bedrooms in this Paradise Escapes PCB beauty oceanfront suites that have access to the large balcony. The first bedroom offers a king bed and private en suite garden bath with a separate glass enclosed shower and double vanity along with direct balcony access. The second bedroom features a queen bed and private full bath including shower/tub combo and vanity also with direct balcony access. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and a private full bath including shower/tub combo and vanity. Rounding out sleeping for 8 is the queen sleeper sofa. The beautiful kitchen has granite countertops, a refrigerator with ice maker, and in-condo washer and dryer for your convenience. Complimentary wifi keeps you connected. Guests will have direct access and will be able to let themselves into the condo with our keyless lock. Details with keycode, address, directions, and more will be emailed to guests approximately 10 days before check in. We do not live locally but are happy to discuss details about the condo, resort or Panama City Beach in advance or while you are there. Text, emails, calls are all welcome. Aqua is right on Front Beach Rd and an easy stroll away from Pier Park, a 240-acre high-energy entertainment, dining and retail wonder for the whole family. Pier Park is a unique open-air regional retail environment providing shopping, entertainment, and dining experiences. And nearby are plenty of additional restaurants, shops, activities, go-karts, putt-putt, water parks, zoos and more. PCB is driveable from many areas of the country but there is also a small airport located about 30 minutes from Aqua called Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and provide a credit card prior to stay on which a $500 damage deposit will be held. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed. All Aqua guests must pre-register to receive Parking Permit(s). The registration fee is $35.00 + tax per vehicle and is mandatory and required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es). It is paid directly by the guest prior to your stay and is not included in your booking total.
