With plenty of space and entertainment for all, it makes for the perfect Taupo holiday spot. Soak in the geothermal plunge-pool after spending the day on the lake, or retreat to the downstairs games room for table tennis, darts or to watch a movie. The bunk room has been designed to keep the kids busy with books and toys. Three of the bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms, with a main bathroom on each level. Room layout and bedding is as follows. Downstairs: Waihaha Room: 1x King Raupo Room: 1x Queen (ensuite bathroom) Kawakawa Room: 1x King & 1x long Single Kinloch Room: 4x King Single. These are 2 sets of bunks. (ensuite bathroom) Upstairs: Whakaipo Room: 1x Super-King (ensuite bathroom) Acacia Room: 1x King Strictly no more than 10 guests per stay. This includes children. Strictly no events/parties or loud groups. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Additional guests above 10 will not be tolerated. Breach of the house rules will result in you being asked to leave the property immediately without a refund. This is a smoke-free property. Parking for up to 4 vehicles. Linen and exit clean are included in the nightly rate. The house must be left tidy with all dishes washed, dried and put away and rubbish must be neatly bagged.
