For safety reasons, this property has outdoor security cameras. Free parking with 2 marked parking spaces in front. Parking is not allowed on the street Parking is not allowed on the grass or besides the house. The car cannot block any part of the curb or the street. Guests cannot park on the neighbors' driveway! For any parking violation, the guest will be responsible for all towing expenses and tickets. Other things to note If you're planning a getaway with a large group and need more space, please contact us to get information about booking the suite right next door! You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 12 pm. It is a self-check in with a smart lock. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund. Questions & Answers Can you check-in any time after 4pm? Yes, all our properties are self-check in for your convenience Can you check-in before 4pm? Yes, we ask $20/per hour before the normal 4pm check in time as long as the property has been cleaned. Do we supply towels or extra linens? Yes, we supply towels, wash clothes, hand towels and an extra set of sheets. Do we supply toiletries? Yes, we supply toilet paper, shampoo and soap. We also supply paper towels, extra trash bag, dish soap and sponge. Can you book one of our properties if you’re under the age of 21 years old? Yes, we do allow ages 18 and up at most properties. Do our properties supply pots and pans? Yes, we supply pots, pans, dishes, etc. Some properties also come with a hot plate if needed. All have microwaves, Keurig coffee maker and refrigerator. Do you need a parking pass? No, parking pass is not needed at this property. Do we have grills at our properties? Yes, the majority of our properties have either gas or charcoal grills. However, we do not supply charcoal or refill propane tanks. Propane tanks are at the properties. Do we supply beach chairs or toys? No, however, previous guests have left chairs and toys behind that we do have at some properties. You can also rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the lifeguards on the beach as well. Do we allow trailers? Unfortunately, per city code some of our properties do not allow trailers or have space in the parking lots. Can you receive mail or packages? *No, mail is received at this property. *Yes, you can receive packages at this property however, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Can you extend your stay? Yes, we just ask that you give us a 24-hour notice or at the latest by 8am so that we can inform the cleaners.
