The space This elegant apartment is fully equipped and furnished. It has a bedroom with a queen size bed (2 people), a queen size sofa bed (2 people) and a futon in the loft (2 people), with capacity for 6 people (with an additional charge for 4 people). It also includes sheets, covers, blankets, and pillows. The kitchen includes: sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, glasses and cups, cleaning products, pots and a table. The bathroom has a shower, hot water, towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Guest access This apartment is located in a vacation rental building. It consists of two floors, with one apartment per floor (accessible by stairs), for greater privacy. The area is residential and very safe for our guests. The building offers cleaning and maintenance services for common areas, including lighting, ornamental plants, and outdoor furniture. Upon arrival at the building, you will find the front door with the lockbox where the key is left for the guest. This allows access to the building and the corresponding floor. For safety, all common areas have bars and locks. Other things to note Internet service is a courtesy service enabled according to the availability of the supplier company's service. Our facilities are connected and depend exclusively on the public service for utilities of Electricity and Water with Sewerage, from Puerto Rico.
