Common area: 1 Queen Size Sofa Bed. Loft (Mezzanine): 1 Twin Futon. (additional charge from the 4th guest). Exclusive Amenity: Pool The building has a spectacular swimming pool available for our guests. To ensure your comfort, access is handled by prior reservation. Additional Cost: Use of the pool incurs a service charge. Perfect for cooling off after a day exploring the City of the Lordship! Fully equipped kitchen: stove, refrigerator, microwave and sink. Coffee maker for your mornings and dining table. Dishes, cutlery, glassware (glasses and cups), pots and basic cooking utensils. Shower with hot water. Toiletries: Shampoo, conditioner, soap and fresh towels. Sheets, covers, blankets and pillows included for all guests. Guest access This apartment is located in a vacation rental building. It consists of two floors, with one apartment per floor (accessible by stairs), for added privacy. The area is residential and very safe for our guests. Upon arrival to the building, you will find the front door with the lockbox where the key is left for the guest. This allows access to the building and the corresponding floor. For safety, all common areas have grilles and locks. Other things to note Internet service is a courtesy service enabled according to the availability of the supplier company's service. Our facilities are connected and depend exclusively on the public service for utilities of Electricity and Water with Sewerage, from Puerto Rico. Reservations are formalized in the recognition and understanding of this condition by the guest, so the interruption of these benefits will not limit or lead to the termination of the reservation or any type of refund.
