Gunters Loft w/Arcade Room

Gunter's Loft has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The loft is located in downtown Guntersville convenient to several restaurants. The historic building was built in 1930. The airbnb is located on the second level, so there is a separate entrance and exit for guest. The downstairs is a Spa owned by cultivated beauty. The arcade area is where guest can watch TV and play video games. There are 4 bedrooms, 9 beds, 4 TV's, 2 full baths and 1 half bath. The kitchen is fully stocked. The space This is a very spacious Airbnb, due to an open concept and 2500 square feet of living space. Plenty of room to park. The upstairs is an Airbnb and the bottom is a spa. We are only a few blocks from the Rock House restaurant, so guest can drink or enjoy a nice walk. The dining room has a 10 foot table, so you can eat with a large group of friends. The internet is high speed 600 mbs, so it is very fast for our guest. The downstairs is occupied by a medical spa, so guest can plan a relaxing stay at Gunters Loft and visit the Spa on the first floor. 75” inch TV in the living room. The layout is a Jack Jill. Guest access Guests have a separate entrance to the entire upstairs and the downstairs foyer. Other things to note Guests can park anywhere in the front of the building. One car may park in the back by the steps. No parking for boats. $500 fine if guests smoke or vape anywhere inside of the property. Smoking or vaping is only permitted outside of the property. Absolutely no parties or events. If we get notified or suspect a party, your reservation will be cancelled, Airbnb will be notified and you will be asked to leave the property.
