Our spacious beach home, is located in the heart of Port Aransas. The lower level is accessed separately from the main upper two-story space, great for several families to separate for their own privacy. Both upper and lower levels are made up of an open living and dining areas. Fully stocked kitchens, coffee bars, and washer and dryer. You will have a birds-eye-view of the shared pool from multi levels, as well as access to the fully equipped game room/garage. Parking for up to 6 vehicles. Sitting mere minutes from the beach, golf courses, and a plethora of restaurants and bars. Can’t forget it’s known for the fishing capital of TEXAS, with pier fishing, deep sea excursions, and or channel fishing. You will be absolutely spoiled during your getaway here. With the convenience of the included shared pool attached to our home and beach supplies, such as toys, chairs, life vests, and towels to use at your disposal. The pool also offers an outdoor shower to rinse off before you head inside. The lower level is accessed separately from the main upper two-story space, so a couple or family may enjoy their own privacy and comforts of home. Detached from the rest of the business, even if just for a bit; or the children can enjoy a safe retreat to nap, play games, and enjoy each others company. The interior of the bottom space is made up of an open living and dining area. Two flat screen TVs with Roku and cable access. kitchen containing stainless steel appliances, cooking utensils, pots and pans, Keurig machine/coffee bar, microwave, toaster, etc. The space also contains high-end furnishings, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a plethora of board games to enjoy. Four pillow top double-size built-in comfortable bunk beds to fit a large number of guests. Also on the lower level, the garage has been expertly converted into a game room equipped with a tv, pool table, foosball table, and a Ping-Pong table for unlimited friendly competition. A refrigerator for extra storage. The upper levels, you will be greeted by shiplap accents, bright white paint, comforting beachy décor, and exposed ceilings that create an air atmosphere for all to slip into relaxation mode the instant you walk inside the home. The second full kitchen boasts even more stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, a Keurig machine with a coffee bar, and bar seating. No matter the level of the house you are on, you will have a birds-eye-view of the shared pool to keep an eye on your kiddos and always remain a few feet away! All five bedrooms on the second and third levels contain a flat screen TV with Roku and cable access for when everyone is ready to retreat and rest up for the following day. With two full bathrooms downstairs and one upstairs, sharing amenities with a large family or group of friends will not be an issue. Don’t forget to try out the plentiful assortment of board games that are at your disposal to enjoy! Alternatively, you may want to enjoy a night or two on any of the three furnished decks. If you want a bit of privacy, do not hesitate to head up to the upper-level balcony, attached to the queen bedroom. Bedroom 1- King Bed with it's own full size walk-in shower, two sinks( Main house) Bedroom 2- Double over Double built in bunk beds (Main house) Bedroom 3- Queen Bed. Both bedroom 2 and 3 share a full size bathroom with a walk-in shower. (Main house) Bedroom 4- Queen Bed is upstairs (Main house) Bedroom 5- Double & Single Bunk Bed is upstairs (Main house). Both bedroom 4 and 5 share a full size bathroom with two sinks a shower/tub combo with a private door that separates the main part of the bathroom. Bedroom 6 - (4) Double Beds are in the bottom unit separated from the main house. One full size bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bathrooms come fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We provide a starter set of toilet paper as well as a starter set of basic household items (paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dish sponge, dish towels, dishwasher pods and laundry soap. We also supply a full propane tank for grilling. However, we do ask for the guest to clean after each use. Depending on the size. Two small cars in garage and up to four in the driveway depending on the size. Make sure to watch out for the pool tables etc. when parking in garage. Do not park in the street you will be towed. The city is really strict on this. I would recommend car pulling. Boats allowed. Guest access The entire home plus garage/game room Other things to note We charge guest a non-refundable “cleaning fee” which is solely for the purpose of the following tasks: Cleaning floors (vacuum/mop), dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, washing all linens, making beds, folding and putting away towels, putting away clean dishes, wiping down surfaces, tables and appliances. Each property will be inspected, sanitized and cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure.
