Spectacular tourist house with a refreshing private pool, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a private garage for 3 cars. Located in one of the city's most exclusive neighborhoods, it offers an experience in a safe, noise-free, pollution-free urban area, ideal for families. Not suitable for youth groups. A 10-minute drive from the historic center and the Alhambra, 30 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski resort, and 50 minutes from the Costa Tropical. The space The ideal house for families is not suitable for groups of young people or for parties, as they are located within the quiet residential area of Granada and noise regulations must be strictly complied with (B.O.P. No. 92, Granada, Tuesday, May 15, 2007). It is located in a quiet and strategic urban setting of Granada, by car, 5 minutes from the Serrallo Plaza Shopping Center, and 10 minutes from the City Center and the Alhambra, but at the same time in a natural setting, away from noise and environmental pollution, with magnificent views of Sierra Nevada and the City. Minimalist house with functional and comfortable spaces, it has a semi-basement floor with a garage for 3 vehicles, on the ground floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen, connected to the main living room of more than 60 m² and a bathroom. The first floor consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have single beds and are equipped with built-in closets. The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk in closet and in suite bathroom. All bedrooms have a TV. Outside, large terraces overlooking the private pool (not heated) of 3x5m and the city, with garden equipment. In addition, it has its own garage for the exclusive use of the house. All main rooms have air conditioning with a heat pump, TV, and Wi-Fi. As well as a stock of pillows of different firmness, sheets, blankets and bath towels. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, iron and kitchenware. There is no washing machine, but there is a self-service laundry called La Colada, which is a 5-minute drive away, at Av. de Cervantes, 23, 18008 Granada Guest access The house has its own garage. It is not possible to park on the access streets to the house. An 8-minute walk away is the stop for Bus No. 9, which offers a direct connection to the city center and a peri-urban park ideal for walking. There is also a trail at the end of the street that connects with the Sierra Nevada National Park. Other things to note The house is located in one of the city's most exclusive neighborhoods, which is mainly residential, so it lacks leisure or cultural activities. This uniqueness guarantees our guests' rest, offering a space away from the city's annoying noise and the problems of high levels of environmental pollution. For this reason, the house is not recommended for groups of young people or families who wish to be in areas of greater festive or leisure activity.
