This cabin is a hidden gem, allowing you to spend your days at Dollywood, sightseeing, horseback riding or a variety of other adventurous activities, all within a 15 minute drive. Then return "back home"- slip your shoes off, grill some steaks and gather round the fire pit for some old fashioned fun. Backhome Hideaway is a cozy, comfortable and upscale home base for your stay in the Smoky Mountains and Pigeon Forge area. We offer indoor and outdoor fun! There’s space to enjoy yard games, a fire pit and the great outdoors, all minutes from Dollywood and the Parkway!! As you enter the cabin on the main level you’ll find the living room with rustic decor including a fireplace. The well equipped kitchen with modern appliances is also on this level. Through sliding glass doors you’ll step onto the side porch featuring our relaxing hot tub with string lights for your evening enjoyment. There’s a gas BBQ and comfy seating on the porch as well. The main level King Suite features a private balcony for welcoming quiet mornings with your cup of coffee in hand and some tranquility. It includes an en-suite bath with a 2 person jacuzzi tub and a shower. The living room on the main level has a sofa bed if needed. The washer and dryer are located on this level as well. On the lower level you’ll find the game room which has bar table seating, a HDTV, pool table and 60 game arcade. Adjacent to the game room is a full bathroom and a Queen over Queen bunk room for older kids or teens, equipped with an additional HDTV and HDMI cord for gaming fun. The sun room is located on the lower level as well, and is accessible through a sliding glass door with an adult override alarm. The room and pool are heated year-round and offer “in-pool” movie watching. With our 55 inch HDTV, you can stream your favorite shows while you enjoy being with the kids, whether in, or out of the water. The room is bright and cheery and offers cushioned seating as well as a table and 4 chairs. Large windows offer a forest view and there is direct access to the backyard where you'll find the fire pit area. Our two Queen Suites are located on the upper level. One Queen Suite has a reading sofa in a quiet alcove for some time to yourself. The other suite which is across the hall, offers a Queen sized bed along with a sofa bed to allow for families to stay together in the same room. Each Queen suite comes with an en-suite bath. Other things to note The Hideaway is a perfect getaway for couples, friends and families. However *parties, events and gatherings are not permitted*. Due to the cabin location, children require supervision. This is based on access to the pool and hot tub, the possibility of falls from heights, along with wildlife which includes bees and wasps that are common in Eastern Tennessee.
