This fully self-contained unit has a large open plan living & dining space and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel right at home. Both bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment and feature ensuites, ceiling fans and direct access to a private rear balcony. The master bedroom contains a Queen-sized bed, sitting area and spacious walk-in robe. The second bedroom has a Double-bed and ensuite with shower. A single pull-out Koala armchair/bed is located in the living area and can comfortably sleep 1 extra guest. There is a separate laundry equipped with washer/dryer in the powder room. Enjoy the use of resort facilities including heated swimming pool, sauna, 2 spas, BBQ area, tennis court, gym and games room. Smart TV with streaming access and Wifi is included. Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries. There is basement parking for one car per unit. In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy. As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am. Pets are not permitted at this property.
