The space Spread out and relax in over 1,850 sq ft of modern mountain comfort. Flooded with natural light, our multi-level townhome has been updated with fresh paint, new lighting, and plush carpeting throughout. Key Features: Living Area: Oversized living room with two distinct seating areas, a large TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. Private Spa: Soothe your muscles in your own private indoor sauna and steam shower. Outdoor Living: Enjoy a private deck with a dining table, gas grill, and a private hot tub for soaking under the stars. Kitchen: A contemporary, fully stocked kitchen with basic spices, oils, coffee, a Keurig, and standard coffee maker. Comfort: All furniture, mattresses, and linens are new to ensure a restful stay. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The home features three private bedrooms. Two of the three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms for added privacy. A pack and play is available for families with young children. Provided Essentials: We provide toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire 1,850 sq ft townhome. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, private deck, hot tub, and sauna. Self Check-In: Enjoy the convenience and flexibility of a keyless entry system. Parking: Ample parking is available, including one dedicated spot in a detached garage. The garage is also perfect for storing ski gear, bikes, or other outdoor equipment. Other things to note Sleeping Arrangements: The home has beds for 7 guests. We can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in total. A queen-sized air mattress is provided, which can be set up in the spacious living room, which has an attached full bathroom. No Air Conditioning: Like many high-altitude mountain properties, this home does not have A/C. To keep cool, there is a whole-house fan that works wonderfully, along with two additional portable fans for your comfort. Taxes: Benefit from low taxes of just 6%.
