The private heated pool catches the afternoon light year-round, the hot tub waits for the evening wind-down, and the patio stretches out with enough room for everyone to settle in at once. The space Central air conditioning and heating keep every room comfortable no matter the season - whether you're arriving on a cool winter evening or a warm Southern California afternoon. The living area is set up for easy downtime, with a TV with Roku and WiFi ready whenever the group needs to recharge. A private entrance with smart lock means no coordinating around anyone else's schedule, and free parking on premises takes the last thing off the arrival checklist. Sleeping arrangements Five bedrooms sleep up to 13 guests across eight beds. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are all provided so everyone can settle in right away. The in-unit washer and dryer are available at no additional charge - a genuine advantage for larger groups or anyone planning a longer stay, and worth building into the schedule rather than leaving for the last night. Kitchen & dining The full kitchen handles a household's worth of cooking without gaps: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher cover the foundations, while a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and wine glasses take care of the smaller rituals that make a house feel like home. Dishes, silverware, and a dining table give everyone a shared place to sit - whether the plan is an early breakfast before the parks or a relaxed group dinner back at the house. Outdoor living The private heated outdoor pool is open year-round from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, leaving room for an afternoon swim or a post-park cool-down as the day closes out. The private hot tub offers a quieter option when the energy shifts. The private patio extends the living space outdoors, with sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ grill available whenever the afternoon calls for it. For the little ones A Pack 'n play/Travel crib and high chair are available for families traveling with young children, so there's no need to transport bulky gear from home. It's a small detail that tends to matter a great deal on arrival day. Safety & essentials Exterior security cameras cover the driveway and pool area. A smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher are in place throughout the home. The bathroom is stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo, and conditioner. Please note that essentials - towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper - are not included and should be planned for in advance. Beach Gear (upon request and subject to availability) Pet friendly - There is a pet fee of $25/nt. Available for Rent - Premium Single Strollers, Double Strollers, and Double Strollers with Triple Attachment Guest access We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2-day gaps in our calendar. Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 3 vehicles MAX in driveway ONLY (will fit 2 minivans,1 standard). Must not encroach unto sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation. Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee. Max occupancy is 13 guests total including infants (8 adults max). There is a 3-night minimum stay.
