Mornings begin quietly, perhaps with coffee at the dining table before a day at the parks, returning later to unwind in your own heated pool under Southern California’s steady spring skies. Between full days out and relaxed evenings in, this five-bedroom home gives you room to gather, recharge, and settle into an easy rhythm. Outdoor living The private outdoor pool - heated and available all year, open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM - anchors your time outside. Whether you start the day with a swim or wind down with a soak in the private hot tub, the patio invites you to linger. Outdoor furniture and sun loungers create space to stretch out or sit together, and the BBQ grill makes casual dinners at home simple after a day exploring Anaheim. Indoor comfort Inside, central air conditioning and heating help keep the atmosphere just right. The living area offers space to relax with a TV with Roku and wifi, making it easy to stream a favorite show or check plans for the next outing. A full kitchen and dining table provide a comfortable place to cook and share meals at your own pace, whether you are preparing a quick breakfast before heading out or sitting down together in the evening. Sleeping arrangements With 5 bedrooms and 8 beds, the home accommodates up to 13 guests. Fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and in-unit laundry with a free washer - in unit and free dryer - in unit make longer stays convenient. Two bathrooms include bathroom essentials, and you will find hot water, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer ready for everyday routines. Family-friendly touches Traveling with little ones is made easier with a Pack ’n play/Travel crib and high chair available. The layout allows everyone to spread out when needed while still coming together comfortably. Safety, access, and parking Self check-in with a smart lock lets you arrive on your own schedule, and a private entrance offers added convenience. Exterior security cameras on property - covering the driveway and pool area - along with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher, provide peace of mind. Free parking on premises keeps coming and going simple. Guest access We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2-day gaps in our calendar. Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 3 vehicles MAX in driveway ONLY (will fit 2 minivans,1 standard). Must not encroach unto sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation. Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee. Max occupancy is 13 guests total including infants (8 adults max). There is a 3-night minimum stay.
