Refurbished in 2021, the cottage offers luxurious furnishings and is equipped to a very high standard. The cottage is very private, in quiet surroundings with an enclosed graveled area with seating and views towards the sea and rolling green hills. The space With views across expansive green landscapes, the living room boasts a large log burner which creates a warm cosy atmosphere on cold nights. Subtly separated from the living room, the dining area sits 6 for an open social space to connect with friends and family. There are two generously spaced double bedrooms and one bunk room suitable for children. One of the double rooms has a zip and link super king bed offering flexible sleeping configurations suitable for children or couples. The cottage has one large bathroom with a separate bath and shower. The open sitting/dining room is a great social space and furnished with a generously spaced table for 6. The kitchen also provides seating for 2 at the breakfast bar for more casual dining. The living room is equipped with a smart TV, a Sonos speaker for fantastic acoustics when playing music. The multi-fuel stove is free to use with a complimentary logs under the TV. Other things to note The property is a bungalow but the kitchen and bathroom sits 2 steps below the living area and bedrooms. There is also a very small step into one of the bedrooms which can be hard to see at first. A generously sized enclosed gravelled area immediately outside the cottage creates a great space for dogs to explore and relax among the outdoors unattended. Beyond a weathered wooden gate lies the tiered garden immersed in tranquil surroundings with singing birds and at the bottom, a gentle trickling dene.
