A cute cottage with plenty of outdoor space. Set in a quiet residential street, the home is surrounded by friendly permanent residents. The house is fully renovated, fully furnished and tastefully presented to sleep up to 8 people. Ideally located in the heart of Cowes with a short walk or a two minute drive to the town centre, to access all cafes, 4 supermarkets, restaurants and Cowes beach. It is also a 10 minute drive to the GP track. The house has an open plan kitchen, dining and living space, with a Smart TV, WIFI, leading onto a large outdoor area from the living room. The house includes full laundry with front load washing machine and clothes dryer. Guest access Kitchen The kitchen is fully appointed with all of the creature comforts and equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, tea towels, full-sized microwave, coffee pod machine with an assortment of coffee pods for all tastes, variety of teas, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, full size fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and stove top. Heating/Cooling The home has a reverse cycle Daikin air conditioner and a wall-mounted radiant heater and pedestal fan in each bedroom. Outdoor The outdoor area opens up from the living room with a spacious area for outdoor gatherings. The area is equipped with a 4 burner gas BBQ and a quality large outdoor setting.
