Welcome to our vacation house in the Poconos, located in a beautiful Long Pond. House is a part of Emerald Lakes Community. With additional fee as required by the HOA, you can have access to amenities like indoor & outdoor swimming pool, lake with beach and more. The space You will find this adorable, cozy and comfortable home located on a quiet Cul De Sac tucked away in the woods. Our home will accommodate 8 guests. This bright and airy home boasts cathedral ceilings with sliders to a wrap around deck for entertaining. Our home is 10 minutes away from the exciting and newly built indoor water park at Kalahari Resorts, 15 minutes away from Camelbeach Mountain Waterpark, Camelback Ski resort and Great Wolf Lodge. Our home is perfect for groups wanting to get away for the weekend , week or even a month! Mount Airy Casino, Pocono Raceway, Bushkill Falls, The Crossing Premium Outlets and many, many more fun activities is available only 10-20 minutes away from home. The top level features 2 bedrooms with queen, full sized bed and 2 single beds in the attic . An additional bedroom with queen bed is located downstairs. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your meal. Living room with a large flat screen TV, Wi-Fi for our guests! Off the living room you will find a deck, great for barbecuing and relaxing with family and friends. We have 1/2 acre yard, yard is great for kids to run and play around. Home is part of Emerald Lakes association. The community has several lakes, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts. Additional fee is required by the HOA to use community amenities. Please note you must be 25 years old to rent my home. Flexible check in and out times free of charge is available if no one checks out on the day you arrive and no one checks in on the day you leave. Please request this at least two days prior to arrival or departure to see if it is available. The house is located in the heart of the beautiful Poconos! Guest access The guest(s) will have access to entire house except garage .The property has gas grill, deck, and fire pit. After final payment is made, the guest will be provided with access information for the home and all amenities . Other things to note Emerald Lakes Community - Amenities Information: This wonderful community offers 5 lakes, 2 beaches with playground facilities. There is a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Indoor swimming pool is newly renovated with sauna. Tennis complex, baseball field and basketball courts. Amenity access may be purchased for use of all of the Associations amenities at least 48 hours before arrival date. Amenity badges MUST be purchased and with you ONLY when using any of the amenities. AMENITY BADGE FEES: Children 2 and under are free 1 day pass - $ 20 per person 3 day pass -$ 30 per person 7day pass - $ 50 per person INDOOR SWIMMING POOL - EMERALD LAKES COMMUNITY: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 11 am -7pm Tuesday and Thursday closed. Please note - swim at your own risk, there is no lifeguard on duty in the indoor pool . I will gladly assist you with getting the badges from the office. Emerald Lakes is a private, patrolled , recreational, residential Community. All real property within the Community are privately owned by the Association Members, either individually as residential or through the Association as common areas and community recreational facilities. All guests are required to follow established rules, which are necessary to ensure that everyone had an equal opportunity for the peaceful enjoyment of their home. Packet of rules and regulations will be provided to the guest upon booking. Guests are limited to the amount registered. Home will be prepared accordingly.
