WELCOME! To the Greatest Snow on Earth! and AWESOME SEASONAL ADVENTURES! ACCOMMODATES 6 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN! Newly remodeled 2.5 bedroom condo is located at the base of the Canyons Resort. You'll access the lifts in minutes with a FREE shuttle. This cozy retreat is on the 13th green of the Canyons Golf Resort and has three AIR CONDITIONING units for comfort! Hike, Bike, Swim in summer! The clubhouse has 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, sauna, tennis & pickle ball courts, and sand volleyball court. The space AIR CONDITIONING AVAILABLE FOR YOUR SUMMER STAY! AND CONTROLLED HEATING IN THE COOLER MONTHS! One of few condos in the Red Pines complex with three mini-split air-conditioning units. Located in the living room, first floor bedroom, and upstairs loft room, each is individually controlled to allow you to truly enjoy your summer and wintertime stay! These units are NOT window units but do operate very quietly and efficiently. Our condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances, pots, pans, and kitchenware.The table can be enlarged to seat 8 if necessary. The cozy living room offers a 46 inch smart TV, full sofa, love seat, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, and sliding glass door to the patio. The entrance area has a ski closet to hold six pairs of adult skis! SUPER HUGE!! It also has a boot /glove dryer!! This will allow you to dry boots and gloves while you take a break for lunch and be ready to go out again in the afternoon!! It will also accommodate your summer time sports equipment, hiking boots, and toys! A first floor master bedroom offers a king bed, two chests of drawers, full closet (hangers, hamper, extra pillows, and blanket), a 26 inch wall mounted TV, and ceiling fan. This room has its own AC/heater mini split unit which can be individually adjusted! The second floor sleeping room has two queen beds, chest of drawers, full closet, (hangers, hamper, extra pillows, blanket), and ceiling fan. This room is open to the living space below as seen in the photos, giving it a bright and airy atmosphere. This space also has its own AC/heater unit which allows you to sleep comfortably. Both the master bedroom and this room are located on the green of the Canyons Golf Course to allow for peacefulness and quiet throughout the day and night! Kids will absolutely love the full/twin bunk bed in the third room/loft! It also contains a nightstand and chest of drawers. This space if open to the living room below as pictured in the photos but has a door which separates it from the upstairs space. A full bathroom with combination tub and shower is located on each floor. Starter toiletries are provided but guests should bring an ample supply for the stay. Although there is no washer/dryer in the condo, a coin/credit card/app operated laundry is available in the clubhouse building which is about 50 yards away from the condo. The site has 7 washers and eight dryers and is open from 7AM till 10PM All linens, towels, paper products, dishwasher/sink products are also provided. Towels for pool use are not provided. Our condo can accommodate 6 adults ALONG with 2 children/infants for a total of 8. Guest access In the winter, Park City is one of the nation's premier ski destinations. Now that the Canyons Resort has combined with the Park City Ski Resort you will have access to over 7, 000 acres, 300+ trails, 17 peaks, and 38 lifts at your service. In the summer the Canyons offers various activities including the summer time concert series and fireworks during the summer. Additionally Park City and the area hosts many events and provides activities for both young and old to enjoy. For ski season you'll be at the lifts and slopes in minutes through use of the Canyons Connect Shuttle on your phone app. The shuttle picks up about 30 yards from the front door and can transport you anywhere in the Village and to the Park city bus stop. This complimentary, on-demand ride service is available within Canyons Village during winter operating dates. This service is app-based and available in the App Store. Dates of Operation: November 18, 2022 – April 17, 2023 (Opening Day – Closing Day, and subject to change) Hours of Operation: Daily, 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. The Park City Transit system operates throughout the year allowing you to easily travel from the Canyons to Park City and Kimball Junction to access sites and activities! The pools/spa/clubhouse are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and when the mountain is open for skiing. The courts can be accessed during spring, summer, and fall. Other things to note Park City is more than just a ski town—It has something for everyone for all seasons!! There are plenty of things to do in and around the Park City area during the spectacular spring, summer, and fall months. From the miles and miles of trails for hiking and biking, to the blue ribbon rivers and lakes, and golf links, there is certainly something for YOU!! The upstairs sleeping areas are open to the living space below as pictured in the photos. Please realize this if you choose to reserve the condo. There is no laundry in the condo. A coin/credit card operated laundry is available in the clubhouse building which is about 50 yards away from the condo. ALL Red Pine guests must observe the following HOA items--- Pool and Clubhouse Area -Pool passes are required for entry--This is provided in the condo -No glass or alcohol -Prohibited items include glass bottles, alcohol in cans, and all other forms of alcohol. -No smoking or vaping--Prohibited items include cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vapes, cigars, joints, and all other smoking materials. -As per the Utah Clean Air Act, smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of any building or recreational area. -All children must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 at all times. If you will be staying with us in the summer you will have air conditioning throughout the condo.
