Outside you’ll soak up the California sun while relaxing poolside. The pool and spa are heated for additional fee in the late fall to end of spring months. BBQ island and bar seating for those wishing to be in shaded area by pool, it is right next to it. The spa is perfect for enjoying a quiet evening of stargazing (you are on acreage and can see a lot of stars) after a long day of exploring. All of your guests will be comfortable with ample outdoor seating complete with dining set, lounging set, lounges and chairs surrounding the fire pit. For those who decide to stay up a little later, the fire pit is a perfect feature with which to wind down the day. Please ensure to turn off via key, before leaving the area. POOL|SPA: Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee) Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment. **Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June. Please note that this property gets weekly pool service by Mario on Monday and Thursday. Yoga items such as 2 mats, stretching bands, some weights, push up bars, roller, Pilates ring, resistance bands, balance balls, 2 skipping ropes, 12 pound kettle weight, 2 point and 5 pounds weights. We are hoping to put in the gym by March April, if interested inquire. PETS: We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet's stay and $25 for each following pet thereafter at least 24 hours in advance prior to check in date. BEDROOMS/BATHS: The 5 bedrooms are ready with linens and plush bedding for a comfortable stay. Each of the 2.5 bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out CHECKOUT DUTIES: If you could kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and language in it.
