Bring a boat or rent one nearby. "Bass Capital of the World" fishing, swimming, and/or white beaches/shopping in St. Augustine. Pets with a fee. Starting 2023, we have THREE homes on the same canal! Keep your boat in the water the entire stay. Covered boat dock or other mooring areas for larger boats. 2 bedrooms. See Floor plan in photos! Guest access You have the whole property to yourself. Other things to note Smaller boats might be able to use the Wooten Rd private boat ramp at the end of our street. Or if water levels are too low, Drayton Ferry boat ramp is 1.5 miles away and a nice one! You can park your boat trailer in our yard, and have room for two more vehicles.
