The space This home has amazing decks and a newly built porch on the back of the house that will make you jealous you don’t have it at your house. The tranquility of this property will blow you away. This is a hidden gem. First Floor: Bright and welcoming open floor plan with room for the whole family. First floor includes a mud room entryway (with a washer/dryer), large and open kitchen, sliding glass doors to back porch with a gas grill. Just down the steps is a large salt water hot tub meticulously maintained. Huge kitchen butcher block peninsula with stools perfect for congregating and family activities such as puzzles and board games! Spacious and open dining and living room with three separate sliding doors that lead to a wrap around deck and outdoor picnic table. Outdoor view is beautiful and private, with lots of trees and moss covered rocks for the ultimate mountain cabin viewing. Large dining room table that expands to seat up to ten guests (extra chairs are supplied in the storage closet). Stunning contemporary chandelier lighting overhead. Living room boasts modern stylish furniture, an extremely comfortable sectional sofa, smart flat screen television and a large wood burning fireplace. Master bedroom has an insanely comfortable and massive king sized bed. Window views out the back of the house showcasing the side of the mountain - a dream to wake up to! First floor full bathroom with a shower and tub. Second floor: Spacious bedroom with Queen sized bed. Windows include views of the mountain behind the house and the woods to the left of the home. Large bedroom with two queen sized beds. Stylish and funky decor makes this room perfect for those who appreciate eclectic or young-at-heart design. Window views the mountain behind the house and the driveway and game room. Upstairs full bathroom with shower and tub. As you pull up you will park in front of the completely renovated game room. In the game room is a smart TV, couch/chairs and a pool table. Great hang out for the kids or adults. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, game room and property while they stay. Large driveway with parking for multiple cars. Other things to note Groups need to be 25 and older per owners discretion. Property Information & Guest Notes Connectivity 📶 Cell signal in the immediate area can be spotty, however, there is excellent WiFi coverage area in and around the house. Please ensure to activate WiFi calling prior to arrival to the property. Wildlife & Insects 🌲 Being in the woods means you may encounter wildlife and insects — it’s all part of the natural beauty here. We take proactive measures to keep small critters like mice from entering the home. If traps are in use, they’re discreetly and safely placed. Insects, including ticks, are common outdoors year-round. We recommend using bug spray from spring through fall and performing tick checks after spending time outside. If you’re bringing a pet, please make sure they’re on a preventative treatment. Weather & Road Conditions ❄️ Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable — expect snow, ice, rain, mud, or sudden changes in temperature. We do our best to keep walkways and paths clear, but nature sometimes has its own plans. Rock salt is available for use in winter, though in extreme cold, ice can refreeze. The driveway is plowed after approximately 3–5 inches of snow, depending on conditions and the plow schedule. All-Wheel Drive (AWD) vehicles are strongly recommended for this region, especially in winter months. Burn Bans & Safety Notices 🔥 Mountain weather and fire conditions can change quickly. Local or state authorities may issue burn bans, road closures, or state of emergency notices that affect the use of outdoor fire pits, campfires, and cooking fires. These orders must be followed when in effect. Failure to comply may result in fines issued by local fire or police departments.
