Within the Casa de Suenos compound are two Courtyard Townhouse Apartments and two Poolside Studio Suites. The Boutique Apartments: There are two apartments located side by side, each with a view of the lush tropical courtyard, two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, each unit sleeps 4-6 comfortably. The bedrooms are equipped with new, comfortable queen size beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom with marble countertops and travertine shower work. Each unit is two stories with bedrooms upstairs and living area on 1st level. The kitchen contains new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The unit is fully air conditioned and is equipped with in suite WIFI, satellite television, washer and dryer to suit your every need. The Common Areas: There is a central lush tropical courtyard with waterfall and abundant landscaping for either sitting in the shade or soaking up the Sun’s rays. The courtyard also hosts an outside barbecue and preparation area. Guests at Casa de Suenos have access to our beautiful pool with a grotto, hot tub and waterfall, a swim-up and outdoor bar and plenty of lounge chairs to relax on, including a second barbecue area next to the pool. In addition, the rooftop terrace deck and bar with fire pit offers some of the best views of the Sea of Cortez and our lovely area. The Poolside Studio Suites: There are two ocean view Poolside Studio Suites, each suite consists of a queen size bed, sitting area, double size sofa bed, coffee table, large travertine and granite bathroom with shower, access to pool with its own individual balcony terrace, and outdoor patio with table. Entry to each suite is from the lush tropical courtyard into a common area consisting of a comfortable sectional sofa with ample seating, WIFI, large satellite TV, guest computer system and full equipped kitchenette and laundry facilities available on the same level. This common area is a shared location with the adjoining poolside suite.
