For some unknown reason, it indicates somewhere here on my listing that I don't have hot water. Ignore that, it is not correct. I do have hot water. I don't charge a cleaning fee. Many other large houses charge a separate cleaning fee anywhere from $100-200. The space Four bedrooms (three kings and one queen bed) and three full baths in a beautiful 2100 sf, single story house in north central Fayetteville. 7-10 minutes from UA campus/Dickson Street, five minutes to the Botanical Garden, 15 minutes to Sassafras Springs Vineyards and Winery. House is located in an established older quiet neighborhood with mostly retirees and empty nesters. Completely renovated in 2006, the house has gorgeous hardwood floors, an open floor plan, a 250 sf covered patio. The kitchen is fully stocked with glasses, plates, cooking utensils, silverware, serving platters, barware, etc. and every imaginable cooking device. The living room has a Vizio 47" smart TV, so you can access Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc. Also the sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen size sleeper. Two bathrooms are en suite and have walk in showers. The main bathroom includes a deep walk in shower and a big jetted tub. Three bedrooms have king beds, the fourth a queen. Linens (800 thread count) and towels are high end. Each bedroom has an I-phone charging alarm clock, ceiling fan, ironing board and iron, robes with slippers, and much more. There is wi-fi all throughout the house. No extra cleaning fee is charged. Guest access You get the whole house to yourself. Other things to note Maximum overnight sleeping occupancy is 10 people.
