Villa Del Mar is a luxury vacation rental villa offering two bedroom suites, luxurious great room, three dining areas and five private terraces. The villa sleeps up to four guests within two private suites with king beds, en-suite bath, walk in closets, individual A/C units & private terraces with unobstructed ocean views. Suite One's private outdoor double shower looking over the palm trees is dreamy. The Villa is located in the gated security patrolled community of Mahogany Run on the prestigious north side of St. Thomas. The Villa is has a additional private drive gate for extra privacy. Complimentary Concierge service is included for all our guests. Adjoining the great room of the villa is a newly furnished patio including a spacious alfresco dining area with gas grill, loungers and an infinity edge pool with unbelievable ocean views. There is a second large terrace with additional private lounge space and dining area and ocean views surrounded by lush tropical trees and flowers. The villa has a generator in case of power outage and its own UV water purification system. While Villa Del Mar is a family friendly home with a pack & play available; please note there are stairs to suite One and the pool is not fenced. With a step-free entrance, the Main villa is also step-free along suite two, allowing all family members access to the main areas of the estate.
